Polaroisin is known for its professionalism and stability, adopt strict process management and advanced equipments. Also, we has obtained ISO 22716 quality management system certificate. Our entire factory operates in accordance with cosmetic manufacturing standards, following a consistent and high-standard management process from raw material verification, formulation, filling and packaging to finished product inspection.
Through an internationally aligned quality assurance system, we ensure that every product meets the standards for physical, chemical, and microbiological safety testing before it is launched on the market , thus guaranteeing that the quality of our shipments meets the high-quality expectations of markets such as Europe, the United States, and Japan.
Quality Inspection and Shipment Control
To ensure consistent quality across every batch of products, Polaroisin has established a comprehensive inspection process, including:
- Physical testing (appearance, odor, texture, color)
- Chemical testing (pH, active ingredient testing, formulation consistency)
- Microbiological testing (total bacterial count, preservative challenge test – four strains must not be detected)
Combining high-resolution instruments and equipment with standardized operating procedures, our defect rate is effectively reduced, ensuring a high degree of consistency in the quality of shipped products.
