Polaroisin International Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturing services. We are committed to provide brand clients with one-stop integrated solutions from product research, development, design, production and packaging. Our products are for well-known brands, beauty salons, pharmacy chains , online shopping, TV shopping, influencer, live streaming and direct selling. Regardless the products are skincare, makeup, cleansing products, or patented organic formulas; we can tailor-make products to meet your specific needs, creating competitive and best-selling items.

With over 20 years of experience in cosmetic research and development and manufacturing, our team includes professional R&D personnel, quality control specialists, and project managers to ensure that every product meets international quality standards and market trends.

2002

Establish Polaroisin International Co., Ltd. with integrated operations in skincare product research and development, packaging design, and marketing planning.

2003

Establish a professional base in Taiwan plant and obtain International Certificates of ISO 9001 and ISO 22716. Starting production at same year.

2006

Establishing our modern Shanghai Cosmetics plant which exclusive of research, production and sale abilities. Our Shanghai plant is a 100,000-level GMP cosmetic manufacturing site.

2010

Import professional automotive production line. It is exclusively from packaging to ingredient. Provide one-stop service to our clients.

2012

Expand international market share. Our products have reached to countries including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Canada, the United States, Brazil, India, Lebanon, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.

2017

Establish a branch office in Thailand to handle various business requirements.

2018

Establish our Xinshu plant established in Taiwan. Our new professional plant has approximately 333 square meters and certified by ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 standards, equipped with advanced production equipment. With 100,000-level GMP cleanroom, the production capacity has been increasing to provide better service to our clients. In the same year, we had won "2018 Asia Pacific Beauty Industry Innovation Award".
With our commitment for innovative researching and developing, we stand out from other numerous competitors.

2019

To improve and enrich our products, Shanghai Cheng Guo Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has officially changed its name to Shanghai Cheng Guo Bioengineering Co., Ltd.

2020

Obtain OTC (Over-the-Counter) certificate from the US FDA. We continue to expand both Taiwan and international markets.

2023

We are the first Taiwan cosmetics manufacturer who has passed the IFS Global Markets HPC. IFS HPC global market certificate is to evaluate the development of safety

and quality of household and personal care products.
