Q1: My company doesn't sell cosmetics. Can I still establish my own brand and start selling them?
A1: Selling general cosmetics is no problem. We will provide relevant product suggestions and assist with product planning.

Q2: What is the minimum MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for products you manufacture?
A2: The basic production volume of each machine varies for each product. Further discussion and communication are needed depending on the OEM items .
Q3: Do you charge for making product samples?
A3: In principle, there is no charge, but if there are special circumstances or requirements , a separate sampling fee will be charged.
Q4: Can I customize my own formula and ingredients?
A4: Yes, you can. Please provide your ideas (e.g. , specified ingredients , etc.) and discuss them with us. The specified ingredients must comply with relevant regulations and be evaluated by our R&D department before we produce a sample to confirm the product’s stability.
Q5: Can you provide raw materials that you develop yourself, or can you purchase the main components and then manufacture them for us?
A5: Yes, as long as the provided ingredients ( INCI name and CAS number ) comply with national regulations, and please provide the MSDS and COA of the raw materials to ensure the legality and safety of the ingredients.
Q6: Can we provide our preferred samples for replicas?
A6: We can produce replicas, but you will need to provide sufficient sample. Replicas typically mimic the texture and effect. The exact composition cannot be 100% identical. We will try our best to produce a product that closely resembles your samples.
Q7: What types of products can you manufacture?
A7: We can produce most dosage forms , except for powder type .
Q8: Do you have any relevant certifications?
A8: We are a legal cosmetics manufacturer and comply with ISO 9001 and GMP (22716) standards.
Q9: Do your products require government approval before they can be sold?
A9: Manufacturing general cosmetics (without pharmaceutical ingredients) is exempt from inspection, but a cosmetics advertising license number is required (we will provide relevant documents for your application).
Q10: Can you provide inspection reports for the products manufactured by your company?
A10: We will provide in-house inspection reports, but if third-party inspection is required, we usually entrust SGS to conduct the inspection. However, the SGS inspection fee must be carried at your side. (the fee depends on the inspecting items).
